Energy Work

As defined by the International Center for Reiki Training, Reiki is a Japanese technique designed for stress reduction and relaxation, with a primary focus on enhancing energy flow. It is based on the belief that when our 'life energy' is low, we are more susceptible to illness and stress, whereas having high life energy makes us more capable of achieving happiness and maintaining good health. Reiki serves as a transformative practice that effectively clears stagnant energy, replacing it with revitalizing and vibrant energy.

My goal is to make this as accessible as possible, sliding scale information upon request.

Environmental Wellness

Our surroundings can significantly affect our health and well-being. Feng Shui, an ancient Chinese art, centers on optimizing the flow of energy within an environment. By harmonizing environmental energy flow, we can diminish negative energy and rejuvenate positive energy, thereby restoring balance to the space. These principles are applicable to both residential and office settings. Environmental wellness education can be included in psychiatry and psychotherapy services. In-home/office consultation upon request.
